These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the IFL Paslode Centre website. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance by IFL Paslode Centre.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or product-description error has occurred, or we are unable to fulfil the order.

If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot fulfil, the relevant amount will be refunded.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and prices displayed on our website are accurate.

Product images are for illustrative purposes and actual products may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates or changes in specification.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before processing the order.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the delivery timeframe indicated on our website.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers should inspect their order following delivery and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an item has arrived damaged, is missing, or is incorrect.

5. Returns

Eligible products may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may notify us that you wish to cancel an eligible purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable Irish and EU consumer law.

Products should be returned in their original condition with their packaging, accessories and documentation where reasonably possible.

The original source document also used a 14-day notification period for authorised returns, although its conditions were drafted for ITW’s own sales arrangements.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact IFL Paslode Centre with your order details and details of the issue.

Where applicable, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Manufacturer warranties may also apply to certain products. Details of applicable warranties may be provided with the product or by the manufacturer.

7. Product Warranties

Products supplied by IFL Paslode Centre may benefit from a manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty coverage may be subject to the manufacturer’s own conditions, including correct use, servicing, maintenance and product registration where applicable.

Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear or use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions may not be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.

8. Gas, Fuel Cells & Consumable Products

Certain products, including gas fuel cells and other consumables, may have expiry dates or specific storage requirements.

Customers should follow all manufacturer instructions concerning storage, handling and use.

Returns of opened, used or expired consumable products may be restricted where permitted by applicable law.

9. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Where a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and may offer an alternative, provide an estimated availability date, or issue a refund for the unavailable item.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

IFL Paslode Centre will not be responsible for losses arising from improper installation, misuse, unauthorised modification or use of a product contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including its design, text, graphics and other material owned by IFL Paslode Centre, may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Product names, trademarks and logos belonging to manufacturers, including Paslode and other brands, remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information collected through our website will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Irish and EU data-protection legislation, including the GDPR.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The terms applicable to an order will generally be those published on our website when the order was placed.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory consumer rights or protections available to you under applicable Irish or EU law.
